Overview

Family-controlled firms make up a large share of the global economy, yet most struggle with continuity—70% do not survive into the second generation, and 90% fail by the third. Challenges such as inadequate estate planning, misaligned values between generations, and family conflicts often hinder sustainable wealth transfer. The Certified Family Office Manager (CFOM) executive programme is designed to equip participants with knowledge, frameworks, and leadership skills to manage family wealth effectively, establish governance structures, and sustain competitive advantage. Through case studies, workshops, and applied projects, participants will learn to balance family and business priorities, implement continuity plans, and design family office structures that preserve legacy across generations
