This intensive five-day (or 10-week online) programme integrates advanced theory with practical application. Through case studies, simulations, and guided workshops, participants will gain both technical and leadership capabilities essential for CRO roles

Final Assessment

Participants will complete a capstone project, applying programme concepts to either:

  • Their own organisation (preferred), or
  • An approved case study provided by the programme team

This assignment requires participants to:

  • Design and implement a full ERM framework
  • Define risk appetite, metrics, and KRIs
  • Quantify enterprise risks and establish reporting dashboards
  • Develop escalation protocols and risk response strategies, including crisis and black swan management
