This intensive five-day (or 10-week online) programme integrates advanced theory with practical application. Through case studies, simulations, and guided workshops, participants will gain both technical and leadership capabilities essential for CRO roles.

Step-by-step application of ERM frameworks and governance models.
Real-world case studies (e.g., Harvard Business cases) to test decision-making.
One-to-one coaching and guided ERM project work.

Final Assessment

Participants will complete a capstone project, applying programme concepts to either:

  • Their own organisation (preferred), or
  • An approved case study provided by the programme team.

This assignment requires participants to:

  • Design and implement a full ERM framework.
  • Quantify enterprise risks and establish reporting dashboards.
  • Develop escalation protocols and risk response strategies, including crisis and black swan management.
