The program consists of a 2-day face-to-face or 4-week online format, combining expert-led sessions, case studies, and interactive workshops.

Final Assessment

Participants will complete a case-based project, either:

  • Based on their own organization (preferred), or
  • Using an approved case study provided by the programme team

This project requires participants to:

  • Approve and implement a full ERM framework at board level
  • Define and align KRIs to strategic objectives
  • Apply systematic risk identification and assessment techniques
  • Establish governance structures, committee charters, and reporting systems

Minimum Requirements:
  • Non-Executive Directors, CEOs, C-suite executives, and Chairpersons of the Board.
  • Individuals with at least five years of practical experience as board members.
  • Participants should have knowledge in accounting, auditing, corporate finance, capital markets, and risk management.
  • At least 5 years of board-level experience
  • Foundational knowledge of finance, audit, and risk management
