Academic partners
The University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów was established in 1996 and is the largest and highest-ranked private university in south-eastern Poland. The current structure of the University has four educational colleges – Management, Applied Computer Science, Media and Social Communication, and Medical. In addition to educational activities, UITM runs many scientific research projects and organises numerous international scientific and industry conferences.
Cergy Paris University, also known as Université de Cergy-Pontoise, was established in 1991 and is a relatively young university formed by merging several smaller institutions. In 2021, CY Cergy Paris Université progresses in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings ranking from rank 601+ to rank 301-400 and is positioned in 10th place in France with the collaboration of ESSEC Business School.

The UNESCO Chair on Social Practices in Intercultural Communication and Social Cohesion was officially established on 18th October 2019 with the purpose of measuring daily’s practices of social cohesion in the three empirical fields of sociality (home, work, leisure time places) for working adults. The three places of sociality that constitute the conceptual umbrella have been translated into five action-research programmes or “clusters” in order to operationalise the research activities. These clusters have been labelled as follows:
- Empowering urban poor neighbourhood communities
- Curbing down alienation and discrimination at the workplace
- Diminishing marginalisation of ethnic minorities through short food supply chains
- Preventing oblivion of cultural heritage for creolised communities
- Ensuring the welfare of religious-based communities through interfaith dialogue.
City University was established in 1984 and is one of the oldest private education institutions in Malaysia. The Swiss Institute of Management and Sciences (SIMS) is delighted to receive a partnership request form from you. If you would like to discuss a proposal with us for consideration, please email our Academic Partnership team. Once our senior management team has considered your enquiry or proposal, we will be in touch to discuss the next steps.

| Franchise | This is a SIMS programme and qualification, designed, assessed and quality assured by SIMS but delivered at and by a partner institution. Students receive a SIMS award upon successful completion. |
| Validated | This is a programme developed, delivered and assessed by a partner institution, and quality assured by the Swiss Institute of Management and Sciences. Students receive a SIMS award upon successful completion. |
| Articulation and Progression | Our articulation agreements allow students to make a smooth transfer to undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses at the SIMS. By coordinating our curriculums and choice of modules, students hit the ground running when they arrive at SIMS. |
| Joint | This is a SIMS course and qualification, jointly developed, delivered and assessed by SIMS and a partner institution. It is quality assured by SIMS, and students receive a SIMS award upon successful completion. |
